We aggregate job postings from public company career boards and other public sources, normalise and deduplicate them, and let you search, filter, save, and track them. We also offer optional AI features — resume matching and match analysis — that you choose to run.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from account settings, or from the app — see Account Deletion for how.

Search and tracking are free. The AI tools are included in a one-time Job Search Pass of 30 or 90 days. A pass is a single payment: it never renews automatically, and we never charge you again unless you buy another one.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, which charges and remits sales tax and VAT and sends your receipt. ApplyChill never sees your card details.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Not for you? Email support@applychill.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount. A refunded pass ends immediately.

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount, as consumer law provides. The same address handles it.

When a pass ends, your account and data stay as they are and the free features keep working; the paid tools stop until you buy another pass. Buying a pass while one is active adds its days after the current one.

Don't misuse the service: no scraping beyond our documented API, no attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication, no uploading unlawful content, and no using the service to harass or defraud anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Job postings are aggregated from third-party sources. We don't control their content or accuracy, we don't guarantee a listing is still open, and applying is between you and the employer — we're not a party to that relationship.

Features like match analysis and resume matching use a language model and can be wrong. They're a research aid, not career or legal advice — use your own judgment before acting on them.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
