Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in our Pune office. An exceptional communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, you will carry out end-to-end recruitment activity across our various market-leading brands to ensure the business has the key talent it needs to compete and grow.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. ·
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a professional process.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles to meet future hiring needs.
- Data and Metrics: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, including social media and industry events.
