Sterilization Tech at Vincent Team Orthodontics

Overview:
Vincent Team Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated Sterilization Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and sterile environment for our patients and staff. The Sterilization Technician will be responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing orthodontic instruments, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, and supporting the clinical team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment.
  
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of sterilization area.
  
• Monitor and record sterilization cycles.
  
• Assist in inventory management of supplies.
  
• Support clinical team with room setup and breakdown.
  
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control standards.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
