Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program! We’re excited that you’re interested in becoming a mentor.
This programme connects creative professionals (Soho House members) with emerging talent who are eager to break into the industry. As a mentor, you’ll play a key role in shaping someone’s journey, offering guidance, perspective, and support over the course of 16 weeks.
We’re looking for people who are generous with their experience, open to honest conversation, and committed to helping a young creative grow. Your background, insights, and network can make a real impact. If you’re someone who values community, believes in creating opportunities for others, and wants to support the next generation of creative talent, we’d love to receive your application.
Please note that completing this form does not guarantee you a place on the program. We will use this information to see if we can find the right person to match you with.
English is the primary language of the programme - covering key events, group communications, and programme materials. Once matched, mentors and mentees are encouraged to communicate in whatever language feels most natural to them.
To join the programme, you must meet the following criteria:
You are a Soho House Istanbul member.
You are available to attend & participate in 5 key events at Soho House Istanbul. (Dates for 2027 to be announced)
You can commit to being invested for the full 16 weeks of the programme incl. meeting with your mentee 2x per month (frequency and timings can be further defined together with your mentee).Your mentee will rely on you. Consistent attendance and engagement are essential to ensure a positive experience.
