- Configure ServiceNow Event Management integrations for ScienceLogic-monitored infrastructure.
- Implement correlation, aggregation, suppression, and deduplication rules based on client requirements.
- Configure alert-to-CMDB binding and service impact visibility.
- Implement automated incident creation, assignment, notification, and escalation workflows.
- Validate event processing and alert lifecycle management across monitoring integrations.
- Support operational reporting, dashboards, and service health views.
- Troubleshoot event ingestion, alert generation, and integration issues.
- Work with ScienceLogic and Splunk teams to ensure end-to-end event flow and visibility.
- Support user acceptance testing, production deployment, and operational readiness activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational support procedures.
