Are you an experienced project management professional passionate about delivering complex technology implementations and building lasting client relationships? This fully remote, full-time opportunity allows you to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for clients in the food and beverage industry. • Client expectations and issue resolution: Communicate proactively with clients, address concerns independently, navigate difficult conversations, resolve issues, and minimize escalations while maintaining trust and confidence.
  • Business development and upselling: Identify opportunities to expand client engagements, recommend additional services where appropriate, and strengthen relationships with customers who can serve as long-term references.
  • Plan-driven execution: Use project plans as the primary reference for activities, milestones, responsibilities, and timelines, ensuring assigned resources remain accountable for their deliverables and provide accurate progress updates.
  • Risk management: Identify potential project risks, budget overruns, delays, and deviations early, implement corrective measures, and escalate issues appropriately when required.
  • Financial and scope management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date project budgets and scope documentation, anticipate financial risks, manage change orders, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment.
  • Stakeholder communication: Provide timely, clear, and consistent updates to clients, internal teams, and leadership regarding project progress, risks, financial performance, and outstanding actions.
  • Independent ownership: Proactively drive workstreams forward, anticipate project needs, follow through on commitments, and ensure open items are resolved without requiring constant supervision.
  • Team leadership and mentorship: Coach and mentor other project managers, share knowledge, support onboarding, and help colleagues strengthen their project delivery capabilities.
  • Process improvement: Lead internal initiatives to improve project management standards, documentation, tools, workflows, and delivery practices across the organization.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with implementation specialists, technical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges, coordinate resources, and deliver successful client outcomes.
  • On-site client engagement: Travel to client facilities when required, including food production and processing environments, to support project implementation, understand operational requirements, and facilitate effective delivery.
