As our Press Assistant, you’ll support the production of foil lids at our PDF Seal facility in Hauppauge, NY. You’ll work alongside our production team to prepare materials, set up jobs, mix inks, mount and remove plates, and keep the press area clean, organized, and ready for production. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in producing quality work in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a clean and organized mounting and ink area
• Mix inks according to required specifications
• Mount and remove printing plates
• Move materials and supplies throughout the facility to support production
• Set up jobs according to order specifications
• Assist with press cleanup and maintain the ink storage area
• Follow company GMPs and established safety practices
• Follow written standard operating procedures
• Support the production team with other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and follow work instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Organized and flexible approach to changing production needs
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to completing work safely and accurately

Base Salary Range: $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr.
