Outsystems Developer

At NextEnergy, we work every day on smart solutions for the energy market. As an OutSystems Developer, you work on applications that are used by thousands of customers every day. From providing insights into energy consumption to connecting home batteries and charging stations. Through your work, you help customers use energy more intelligently and cost-effectively.

What will you do?

There's plenty to build and improve! Together with an experienced team of developers, you'll work on the further development of our platform. You'll build new functionalities, contribute ideas for smart technical solutions, and help create a scalable architecture. You'll also have plenty of room to take initiative and bring your own ideas to the table.

You'll work on different parts of our platform:

• Back-end – Processing millions of smart meter data points every day.

• Backoffice – Developing and improving internal systems that support our colleagues.

• Customer interfaces – Building a user-friendly app for our customers.

• Smart devices – Working on integrations with, for example, home batteries and charging stations.

Who are you?

You enjoy building software, taking on technical challenges, and working with colleagues to find solutions. You like working independently, but also actively seek collaboration. You take initiative, contribute ideas, and feel at home in a dynamic work environment where you have plenty of freedom and responsibility.

You also recognize yourself in the following:

• You have at least 3 years of experience developing in OutSystems.

• You think in solutions and have an eye for quality.

• You are motivated, take on tasks independently, and enjoy taking responsibility.

• You feel at home in an environment where things move quickly and priorities sometimes change.

• You live in the Netherlands, preferably in the Utrecht area, so you can regularly collaborate at the office.
