As Operations Manager Logistics & Supply Chain, you will be responsible for fulfillment and warehouse operations on behalf of our clients and will optimize processes in an e-commerce environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing processes for quality and productivity, in coordination with the Head of Operations
- Acting as the interface between the client, logistics and customer service
- Monitoring compliance with quality management processes
- Preparing analyses and other information to support decisions
- Taking on a wide range of controlling tasks
- Running projects on your own responsibility

- Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Some initial practical experience, including internships
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
