Middle/Senior Java Full Stack Developer
Hybrid Bucharest, Bucharest, ro, Romania Full-time
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions, with a strong focus on back-end development using Java and Spring (approximately 70–80% of the activity), while also contributing to front-end development using React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet business needs.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement fixes to ensure the stability, performance, and security of applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the team based in France, working with a high level of autonomy, especially during the first few months when the selected candidate will be the only team member based in Romania working with the respective team.
- Middle/Senior level experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring, with a primary focus on back-end development.
- Good knowledge of React.js.
- Understanding of microservices, hexagonal architecture, MVC, BFF/BFB.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL / SQL.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Control-M would be considered a plus.
- French knowledge would be considered a plus, but is not mandatory.
