Merchandise Handler

Location: Newton, NC

Pay: $18.30–$20.30 per hour, depending on shift

We are hiring dependable, hardworking Merchandise Handlers to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working as part of a team.

Please note: This position requires regularly lifting and moving merchandise weighing up to 65 pounds throughout the shift.

Available Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM — $18.30/hour
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM — $19.80/hour
• 4th Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM — $20.30/hour

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inbound receiving and outbound shipping operations.
• Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 65 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Move products safely and efficiently to designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures and all safety guidelines.
• Work with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus.
