Qingdao, Shandong, cn, China Full-time 8+ yrs
- Conduct regular site HSE inspections, monitor PTW, JSA, confined space, lifting & working at height activities.
- Lead toolbox talks, HSE induction, safety training and emergency drills.
- Identify hazards, track non-conformities and drive corrective actions.
- Support incident / near-miss investigation, prepare HSE reports to client.
- Liaise with project team, contractors and TEN client HSE representatives.
- Promote safety culture and zero LTI target on site.
- Minimum 8+ years offshore / topside HSE supervision experience in oil & gas EPC project.
- Hold NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification; offshore survival certificates preferred.
- Familiar with offshore construction, risk assessment and client HSE management system.
- Fluent English, good communication skill in multi-cultural team.
- Familiar with PTW, JSA, HAZID, incident investigation.
