The opportunity

Join our Growth Marketing team and learn how to scale a global B2B platform.

At Consultport, growth marketing combines creativity, technology, data, and experimentation. You'll take ownership of real projects, test new ideas, and help attract companies and consulting talent to our platform.

You'll develop hands-on skills across four exciting areas:

1. Growth Marketing & Automation

• Explore new growth channels and experiment with creative acquisition strategies.

• Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to build scalable campaigns.

2. Performance & Paid Marketing

• Help launch and optimize campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Improve landing pages, conversion rates, and customer acquisition funnels.

3. Content, Brand & Community

• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and thought leadership.

• Develop campaigns that strengthen Consultport's brand and community.

4. Growth Analytics & Experimentation

• Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Run experiments and turn data into actionable recommendations.

• Strong academic background: You're pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with strong academic results.

• Tech & AI enthusiast: You're excited about digital platforms, technology, and AI.

• Great communicator: You have excellent English communication skills.

Previous marketing experience is a plus, but your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn matter most.
