Founding Partnerships Leader
About LoopAI
Role & Responsibilities
About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Founding Partnerships Leader to build and scale LoopAI's strategic technology partnerships across the restaurant industry.
Restaurants operate across an increasingly complex ecosystem of technology providers — from third-party delivery marketplaces and POS systems to accounting, payments, and back-office platforms. LoopAI is bringing intelligence, connectivity, and AI-powered automation to this fragmented landscape.
With 14,000+ restaurant locations across 500+ brands already on our platform, and a $14M Series A raised in 2026, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth.
You'll work directly with our founders and executive leadership to establish high-impact relationships with the technology companies powering the restaurant industry.
Think DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Toast, Square, Olo, NCR Voyix, PAR, Restaurant365, and the broader ecosystem of restaurant technology providers.
Your mission is to position LoopAI as a strategic technology partner across this ecosystem, unlocking integrations, distribution opportunities, commercial partnerships, and long-term competitive advantage.
This is a founding leadership opportunity with significant autonomy, executive visibility, and the ability to directly influence our product capabilities, commercial strategy, and market position.
You'll play a defining role in expanding LoopAI's technology ecosystem, forging strategic partnerships that unlock new capabilities, accelerate growth, and establish LoopAI as a leading AI platform for the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
-
Build our technology ecosystem. Develop and execute our strategic partnerships roadmap across third-party delivery marketplaces, POS providers, accounting platforms, payments, back-office technology, and restaurant infrastructure.
-
Establish high-value strategic alliances. Build relationships with senior decision-makers at major technology providers, creating partnerships that deliver meaningful commercial and technical value.
-
Unlock integrations and platform access. Partner with Product and Engineering to secure authorised API access, integration agreements, data connectivity, and opportunities to expand LoopAI's capabilities.
-
Develop new distribution channels. Create referral, co-selling, embedded, marketplace, and channel partnerships that accelerate adoption and generate scalable revenue.
-
Lead complex commercial negotiations. Own the partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification and strategic positioning through negotiation, contracting, launch, and ongoing development.
-
Navigate complex organisations. Engage stakeholders across partnerships, business development, product, engineering, legal, compliance, and executive leadership.
-
Drive measurable commercial impact. Establish partnership objectives and deliver tangible outcomes through revenue generation, product adoption, integration expansion, and strategic market access.
-
Build a scalable partnerships function. Develop the processes, commercial frameworks, partner programmes, and performance metrics needed to support rapid growth.
-
Shape our long-term strategy. Identify emerging technologies, competitive developments, and partnership opportunities that strengthen LoopAI's position within the restaurant technology ecosystem.
Requirements
Who You Are
-
Deeply connected in restaurant technology. You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, technology alliances, or platform ecosystems.
-
You understand the industry. You know how third-party delivery marketplaces, POS platforms, accounting systems, payments providers, and back-office technologies operate and connect.
-
You have an established network. You bring meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders at restaurant technology companies and know how to turn those connections into strategic opportunities.
-
A proven dealmaker. You've personally originated, negotiated, and delivered complex strategic partnerships with measurable commercial outcomes.
-
Technically fluent. You understand APIs, integrations, data partnerships, and platform ecosystems. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can confidently engage with technical teams and understand the commercial implications of technical decisions.
-
Commercially exceptional. You know how to structure partnerships that create mutual value, unlock distribution, and generate sustainable revenue.
-
Entrepreneurial and hands-on. You're comfortable building from the ground up, operating with autonomy, and turning ambitious strategies into results.
-
An influential communicator. You can build credibility with founders, executives, product leaders, and technical stakeholders.
-
Highly accountable. You take ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through execution, activation, and measurable results.
What will set you apart.
