Forklift Operator / Site Operations & Build Crew – Frost Fest 2026

Frost Fest at Ballpark Commons is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to assist with site operations, construction, and event setup for our upcoming holiday festival!

Position Details:

• Dates: November 1 – November 20, 2026
• Shifts: Primarily 1st and 2nd shift
• Location: Ballpark Commons – Franklin, WI
• Requirement: Valid forklift operator certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operating forklifts to transport, load, and unload event equipment and materials.
• Assisting with the construction and setup of festival attractions, structures, and displays.
• Supporting site logistics, equipment placement, and general build operations.
• Working alongside vendors and production teams to ensure timely setup.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Performing additional site operations duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification REQUIRED.
• Previous experience in event production, construction, or site operations preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability during the November 1–20 build period.
