The opportunity

Join our Operations team and learn how to build and scale a global B2B platform alongside company leadership.

Work closely with our Chief of Staff and company leadership, tackle business challenges, explore growth opportunities, and build the systems that help us scale. You'll take projects from an open question to a working solution, combining commercial judgment with hands-on execution.

You'll learn to think like a founder and execute like an operator across four exciting areas:

1. Venture Buliding and New Opportunities

• Explore new business opportunities, research markets, and build business cases for ideas that could unlock our next stage of growth.

• Work closely with the Chief of Staff to turn business priorities into projects: define the problem, test your assumptions, and help bring the solution to life.

2. Finance & Business Models

• Get under the hood of our business model and understand what drives revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.

• Build financial models and forecasts that help leadership weigh opportunities, decide where to invest, and understand the trade-offs.

3. AI & Scalable Operations

• Challenge how things are done and design smarter workflows that help a growing business scale without adding complexity.

• Build and test AI-powered tools and automations that turn repetitive work into faster, more reliable systems.

4. Business Performance & Growth

• Connect the dots across financial and operational data to spot what's holding us back and where we can grow faster.

• Take ownership of improvements that strengthen margins, cash flow, or team productivity, and follow through on the details that make them work.

• Strong academic background: You're pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with strong academic results.

• Tech & AI enthusiast: You're excited about digital platforms, technology, and AI.

• Great communicator: You have excellent English communication skills.

Previous experience in a start up / scale up, consulting, or investment banking is a plus, but your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn matter most.
