Drivers Support Coordinator

Currently, we are looking for a Driver Support Coordinator Il to join our team in Nuevo Laredo. This position will work in a dynamic environmentm, greet drivers professionally, ensure drivers clearly understand their assignments and next steps, helping them with any questions or concerns.

Shift:

• Friday to Tuesday: 7 am - 4 pm

Responsabilities:

• Review shift updates, clarify routes, load details, and appointment times, while coordinating with the dispatch team to resolve questions or operational changes.

• Print, verify, organize, and distribute load sheets and dispatch documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before providing them to drivers.

• Identify missing or incorrect paperwork, address driver concerns, and promptly escalate urgent, unresolved, safety, or compliance-related issues.

• Log into required systems, ensure workstation functionality, verify internet and printer connectivity, and confirm the availability of all necessary documents and supplies.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams to share updates regarding delays, schedule changes, or operational issues.

• Track recurring driver concerns, document outstanding issues, and report major or repeated problems to the on-shift Team Lead or Manager.

• Ensure smooth shift transitions by handing over pending matters and clearly documenting any unresolved driver concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or related fields.

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or drive support preferred.

• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations preferred.

• Good command of MS Office (Excel and Word) with an ability to quickly learn new software.

• Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication.

• Fluent English.

• Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effective.
