Content Production Executive

Euroleague Basketball is looking for a Content Production Executive to coordinate the planning and delivery of content across short-form video, player activations and long-form projects.
This is an operational production role. You will keep schedules, budgets, logistics and deliverables on track, anticipate what each production needs and make sure details are followed through.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-production and production across several projects, including schedules, logistics and travel.
• Track budgets, timelines, deliverables and outstanding actions; flag risks early and help resolve them.
• Work with Original Programming, editorial, social media and other internal teams to align plans and resources.
• Liaise with club and team media directors to arrange access and coordinate production needs.
• Manage practical arrangements with suppliers, including equipment rentals, travel bookings, invoices and contracts.
• Support the delivery of branded content and projects involving external partners.
• Travel for productions when required.

• At least two years of hands-on experience in a media agency, television or content production environment, with a focus on production coordination or operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive approach: you take ownership, anticipate needs and keep work moving with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Excel, including tracking budgets, schedules or other production information.
• Confidence working with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Experience using AI tools to improve planning, coordination and administrative workflows is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
