Commis Chef (Healthy Concept)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Commis Chef with experience in healthy food restaurants to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preparing fresh, nutritious meals, maintains high food quality standards, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking healthy menu items according to recipes and standards.

• Support the central kitchen team in daily food production.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

• Help with kitchen cleanliness, organization, and stock handling.

• Work closely with chefs and follow instructions to meet daily requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in a healthy food restaurant or similar concept.

• Knowledge of healthy cooking practices and food safety standards.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
