Apprentice Reinstatement Operative

Are you looking for a practical, hands-on apprenticeship where you can earn while you learn? We’re looking for Apprentice Reinstatement Operatives to join our team and help restore roads, footpaths and surfaces after essential utility works have been completed.

This is a great opportunity to build trade skills, gain an industry-recognised qualification and start a long-term career in the utilities sector with a supportive team behind you.

· Learning how to safely reinstate roads, footpaths and other surfaces after utility works

· Preparing work areas, mixing and laying materials, compacting surfaces and completing finished reinstatement work

· Supporting safe site set-up, including signing, guarding and keeping work areas tidy

· Using hand tools, equipment and small plant safely under supervision

· Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality work for customers and local communities

· You enjoy practical, outdoor work and are happy working in all weathers

· You’re reliable, punctual and willing to learn from experienced colleagues

· You take safety seriously and can follow instructions carefully

· You take pride in your work

· You work well in a team and communicate clearly

· A full UK driving license (or in the later stages of learning to drive)

· Earn while you learn, with National Minimum Wage based on your age

· A structured Level 2 Groundworker apprenticeship

· Hands-on training from experienced reinstatement operatives

· Real experience on live operational sites
