Acquisition Administrator (Bangalore)
Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
Everpure is growing its presence with new enterprise customers. The Global Value Management (GVM) team helps sales teams start meaningful conversations with these organisations by building a clear, customer-specific view of the value Everpure can bring.
The Acquisition Administrator provides the coordination and administrative support behind this work. You will carry out customer research, schedule workshops and meetings, make sure everything is prepared in advance, and track each account's progress, supporting progression.
The role has three parts:
- Run the calendar. Schedule and coordinate workshops, internal check-ins across GVM, account teams and the Sales Development team.
- Research and prepare. Complete the customer research for each target account and make sure materials and attendees are in place before each workshop and meeting.
- Track progress. Keep one accurate view of where every acquisition account is, what happens next and who owns it.
What Success Looks Like
- Customer research is completed on time for every target account, clearly structured and ready for the workshop.
- Every target account has its workshop scheduled and held with the right account team and GVM attendees, and the outputs are captured and shared promptly afterwards.
- There is one tracker, kept current, showing each account's stage, next step, owner and date.
- Workshop outputs reach the Sales Development team quickly, so follow-up starts without delay.
- Every customer meeting is booked, confirmed and briefed, with materials ready for the account team.
- Stalled accounts and overdue actions are flagged early and followed up until resolved.
- GVM Acquisition Consultants and Account Teams spend their time on customer value work, not on administration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Workshop Coordination
- Schedule customer workshops for each target account, coordinating account teams and GVM Acquisition Consultants across time zones.
- Carry out customer research for each target account using established tools and the defined process.
- Make sure research outputs and pre-read materials are complete and shared with attendees before each workshop.
- Capture workshop outputs and actions, and log them in the tracker.
- Send post-workshop summaries and confirm owners and dates for next steps.
Meeting Coordination
- Share workshop outputs with the sales development team so follow-up can start promptly.
- Track follow-up activity by account and record meetings secured.
- Record customer feedback and keep materials up to date so the latest version is always the one in use.
Progress Tracking
- Own the tracker across all target accounts.
- Schedule GVM involvement in follow-on meetings and reviews as accounts progress.
- Chase actions and owners, and flag accounts that have stalled or missed a milestone.
- Keep the tracker and CRM records in step, raising gaps with account teams and Sales Operations.
